Vitamin-Like PQQ Offers Antioxidant, Neuroprotective, and Mitochondrial Health Benefits

PQQ is a vitamin-like nutrient that may be very important to the functioning of mitochondria in animals and humans. Research is showing that it protects mitochrondria in cells from oxidative damage and may also help increase the number of energy-producing mitochondria.
